Theresa Kardos

Theresa is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and Legal Studies at Post University. She has a passion for connecting the right talent to the right roles and thrives on combining her legal and human resources experience to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. Theresa brings diverse experience to her role, including her time as a human resources assistant in an aerospace manufacturing company and as a telephone interviewer for a local university.

As a lifelong learner, Theresa is always looking for opportunities to expand her skills and knowledge in the HR field. Her journey into human resources began during high school, where she studied mechanical design and engineering technology at a trade school. An engineering internship during that time led her to the HR department, where she discovered her true passion.

Outside of work, Theresa enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, cooking, and exploring the outdoors.
