Pam Manke is an accomplished Behavior Analyst with a diverse educational background. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice, specializing in Behavioral Analysis. With her post nominal initials LPC, BCBA, LBA, Pam showcases her expertise and qualifications in her field.
The ability to merge Behavioral Analysis and Mental Health is a true passion for Pam. She finds fulfillment in finding ways to integrate these disciplines and seeks to continue exploring this intersection. Pam is particularly dedicated to trauma-informed care, functional communication training, teaching play and social skills, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM). She derives great joy from teaching and spreading knowledge about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Pam's future career plans revolve around the ongoing fusion of mental health and behavioral analysis, as she strives to contribute to the advancement of the field. Outside of work, she indulges in her love for travel, exploring local hiking spots, reading, and spending quality time with her dog and fiancé. Intriguingly, Pam's experiences have taken her to India, China, and Ecuador as part of the Global Autism Project, where she trained teachers in implementing ABA. She got engaged during a memorable hike at Glacier Point in Yosemite and is an avid fan of the Harry Potter series, having delved into its magical world countless times. Furthermore, her travels have taken her to seven out of the eight continents, fostering a deep appreciation for global diversity and cultures.
