Danielle Rodriguez M.A., BCBA, LBA
ABA Department Manager
Danielle has over 14 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and has worked in various roles at Aspire Living & Learning (formerly the Institute of Professional Practice). She began as a Behavior Therapist providing in-school consultation in Hamden and Stratford, later becoming a BACB supervisee when Aspire opened its first outplacement school. In 2013, Danielle transitioned to a Clinician/BCBA role in school districts and overseeing DDS Home Programs for Children. In 2019, she shifted to Adult Services, taking on the role of Adult Day Program Behavior Analyst, where she supported adults in work placements and day programs.
In 2021, Danielle became the Director of Clinical Services for Adult Services at Aspire, where she oversaw a team of 6 BCBAs and managed services for 150 adults across Connecticut. She also supervised services in 18 group homes, 1 day program, and various community-based placements.
Danielle joined SPGCT in July 2023, after serving as a Clinical Director consultant from December 2022 to March 2023.
Additionally, Danielle has worked as an in-home BCBA for Constellations Health Services and Ascend Autism, and completed specialized training in special education law and assistive technology.
