Danielle Ardisi
Registered Behavior Technician
Danielle Ardisi earned an Associate's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Phoenix, Axia College. She has extensive experience working with children, having served as a special education paraeducator for seven years with Derby Public Schools, including two years as an RBT. She has been with SPG for a year and hopes to return to school to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Danielle's passion for behavior analysis was inspired by her son's Autism diagnosis. Witnessing the positive impact of professionals who helped her son progress and grow, she was motivated to join this field. She is committed to teaching functional communication skills, coping strategies, and academics to help children achieve greater independence.
In her spare time, Danielle loves spending time with her family, reading, and cooking. The beach is her favorite place, and she wishes she could visit more often.
