Clinical Director / Occupational Therapist

Caitlin Kukhta is an accomplished Clinical Director with a strong educational background in Early Childhood Education and Occupational Therapy. She holds a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Champlain College in Vermont and an M.S. in Occupational Therapy from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut. As an OTR/L, Caitlin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

In her field of work, Caitlin derives immense joy from engaging with children and facilitating learning through play. Witnessing children's growth and development is a source of great satisfaction, and she takes pleasure in educating families and training staff to provide the best possible care.

Looking ahead, Caitlin is committed to continuous growth and development, aiming to further enhance her skills in both occupational therapy and clinical leadership.

Outside of work, Caitlin finds fulfillment in various activities. She loves to travel, explore new places, and experience different cultures. Additionally, she enjoys cooking, riding horses, and spending time outdoors. Notably, Caitlin has a competitive background in horse showing, having participated in various equestrian events across the United States. Furthermore, her diverse experience spans multiple scopes of occupational therapy practice, including schools, early intervention (birth to three), outpatient settings, acute care, and working with both pediatric and adult populations.
