Behavior Technician
Taylor Miller is an energetic Behavior Technician who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social and Behavioral Psychology from Charter Oak State College. Currently enrolled in ASU’s ABA master’s program, with only one year left, she is on track to further enhance her expertise in the field. Taylor’s post-nominal initials reflect her Bachelor of Science degree.
In her role, Taylor finds immense fulfillment in witnessing the progress made by the children she works with. She takes great joy in seeing non-verbal children utilize functional communication methods such as muttering words, repeating words, or utilizing the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS). With an unwavering passion for her field, Taylor finds fulfillment in all aspects of her work.
Certified in CPI Training, Taylor demonstrates her commitment to providing the highest quality of care. Her future plans involve becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), as she aspires to continue making a positive impact in the lives of her clients.
Outside of her professional life, Taylor enjoys snuggling with her beloved cat, Caroline. She also finds solace in hiking with her family and staying active through CrossFit. Three intriguing facts about Taylor are her ability to perform a backflip, her lack of international travel experience, and her aspiration to become a “crazy cat lady” in the future.
