Pam’s journey began after graduating from high school, where she obtained a certification as a nurse’s aide. She dedicated herself to full-time work as a Registered Certified Nurse Aide (RCNA) in various healthcare settings, including nursing homes, home care, and hospitals. Eager to expand her knowledge and skill set, Pam pursued further education at Data Institute, specializing in Medical Billing & Coding.
For over 20 years, Pam has been diligently involved in insurance billing and collections, as well as patient billing and collections. Her expertise in this area has been crucial to ensuring smooth financial operations within healthcare organizations.
Outside of work, Pam finds joy in spending quality time with her family, particularly cherishing moments watching her son play baseball. Additionally, she values the opportunity to embark on vacations that allow her to relax and rejuvenate. Pam possesses a unique passion for cleaning and organizing, finding satisfaction in creating orderly environments.
