Behavior Technician
Erika loves working with children as it brings me such joy to help them thrive and in seeing them achieve their goals. She is passionate about helping children who struggle with any behavioral issues because it is close to her heart in having a couple of children of her own who struggle and also personally as a child. Erika has three years of experience working with children on the spectrum ranging from schools, centers and in-home care.
Currently pursuing her RBT as well as completing her bachelors degree in behavioral psychology with the goal of continuing on to earn her masters degree to become a BCBA.
