With her educational background, she possesses a solid foundation for her work in the field. Chelsey finds great joy in her role as a behavior technician, particularly in the connections she builds with the children she works with. She is passionate about understanding each child as a whole person, taking into account their unique interests and strengths. As a mother of three, including two children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), she brings a deep understanding and empathy to her work with neurodiverse learners. Chelsey is currently pursuing her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, further enhancing her expertise in the field.
